The UPS man even came to my door and did not knock loud enough and left a stinking note on the door. A quick call to UPS got him to turn around and bring my new laptop back. Well, first let me say that this is an amazing laptop but just my luck to get one with a vibrating right speaker. I am in the process of having Amazon ship me a replacement to my home. I pray this is not a design flaw but I will sure find out when the new Qosmio X505-Q8102X arrives. This is a 5 Start laptop but due to speaker problem I am going to have to give it a 3 star rating until we get this problem fixed.
Amazon proves yet again what a great company they are. I will not go into details but they made this right. Outstanding customer service. Hard to find these days. It sure goes a long way in firming up my loyalty to Amazon.com.
I understand that they are also going to communicate with Toshiba to get this right speaker issue corrected. Once fixed, this laptop is the best around.
