(More customer reviews)The reason why I am writing this review right now is because I just restarted this laptop after it had dropped its internet connection for the millionth time and wanted to warn anyone thinking about buying this computer. I do not like it at all. It has only been 1 month since I got it, and although it has great specs (core i5 2.4 ghz processor, 4 gb ram, etc), it freezes up so much and takes forever to load stuff up. But the biggest problem is its wireless card. I have had to close and open this computer so many times just to get my dropped signal back. Of course its better than my old Dell which is 4 years old, but even that laptop never dropped as many signals as this one. Plus anyone who thinks that it would be cool to have a touch screen should know that you hardly ever use the touchscreen. It only comes in handy if you are taking notes for a class or doing something that actually requires manual writing.
So, I am not sure if I just have too many programs running in the background, or that this piece is just defective, but I would never buy this computer again, just because I'm so sick of it freezing, lagging, and dropping signals. Otherwise, I suppose it would be alright.
