(More customer reviews)Ordered the item through Amazon which they had inadvertently listed wrong, and the vendor was Beach Camera. Beach shipped a printer instead. Then I had to go through the process of return - Return Authorization, Shipping, etc. Amazon apologized for their mistake, and offered to pay for the shipping back to Beach. I consider this an anomaly for Amazon, since I have ordered many items through Am and have never had any issue with ordering and receiving what I ordered. While the scenario was a pain, Amazon was very apologetic, and the support and service was excellent in remedying the situation. However, it was disappointing that I never was offered the item as advertised - along with the four others who ordered the same misrepresented item. It is a principle in business and law that what you represent, advertise, and enter into contract with a customer to sell - you honor!
