Keyboard flex is real bad. It bounces and has a bulge in the center. It got worse after typing on it for about 3 - 4 hours a day for 3 days. The top besel in the back underneath the lcd the has a bulge in it too. That part of the top besel is starting to lift up some. I can actually stick my finger in the gap where the besel on the top meets the top of the bottom besel. For a business laptop this laptop does not have a lot of metal either. Only metal is on the back of the lcd. That's not sufficient for a business laptop. The laptop seems to get real hot too, but it does not seem to overheat. I felt the side where the heat is exhausted and lots of heat is coming out, so the heatsink is doing its job. Performance is better than a lot of laptops I had in the past, but its far from the best. CPU is pretty fast and booting was a lot faster when I added 1 extra GTB of ram. 3GB really was not adequate.
Note: Mine came with a corei5 not an i3. Nevertheless, this is the laptop I have.
