(More customer reviews)This laptop is very flimsy and has the worst click-pad (mouse pad) in the history of laptop computers! If you intend to move the mouse pointer to the left, it moves up! It's a constant battle to manipulate the mouse pointer. And, it gets better - the mouse pointer regularly and randomly changes to some bizarre function, totally unrelated to what you are trying to do. I finally got so frustrated that I gave the laptop away. I have been an HP customer for over 8 years (Not only personally, but I purchase the computers at work) and I will never buy HP again! Across the board, HP quality has vanished.
