(More customer reviews)My employer bought 120 of these laptops (Dell E5410) and distributed them to our team. One of my bosses told me they chose Dell because of the quality of Dell's after-sales service (note that I live in Malaysia - your service might vary).
I run Microsoft Office programs and do a lot of web work with my one. I quite like it.
The laptop could not be described as stylish - I would call it "workmanlike". So far (2-3 months) I am unaware of any of my 120 colleagues having had too many problems with their Dells apart from one woman whose screen died. Dell replaced the screen.
These laptops do everything that a laptop should be able to do. And they do it with little or no fuss.
All in all, an uninspiring but reliable option that is probably quite good value from what I have seen of the competitors.
