(More customer reviews)I don't have any bias on this product. I try to be neutral but this really let me down.
I have 2 thinkpad, x60t and r61i. Yes they are Thinkpad line, but don't forget that Lenovo produces thinkpad right know. What did they learn from thinkpad? nothing except the price. This one just feels like a toy. The plastic it uses is cheap and crisp; the hinges are always dangling. And the software preinstalled are stupid. The glaring mirror and the baking varnish also pain me.
Before it I ordered one from lenovo, with the higher configuration like i7 and 8G ram, but they canceled it and told me there were something wrong with the intel chipset. Okey I buy it, but the Representative did not give me any coupon; I cantacted them several times and got nothing. I spent another 2 days looking for a fair one, and amazon even had the lower price compared with those from lenovo after you using coupon!!
I returned it after one week. I should say Amazon did a good job, 2 day delivery and ordered UPS to pickup in 9 hours. But Lenovo, please learn more.
