(More customer reviews)I bought one XPS six month ago directly from [...]. I had some problems with this laptop; it turns it off several times when I was working. But the big problem was Dell Support. After two mandatory troubleshooting months, Dell gave me PERMISSION to send it back to repair. Three weeks later I received my laptop. The problem was fixing because there were only one time with this problem after several months of the problem happened. I try to changed for another or give me money back; but apparently, Dell did not pay attention to me. Very nice presentation but it is too much money for an average performance laptop. Probably your experience with Dell support will be different than mine, but if you want to take the risk, go ahead!
