(More customer reviews)I bought this computer in June. It did not include any disks for the software. I called in and they gave me a site to download the restoration disks. I did that and put them away. When the machine quit working after only six months, I tried the restoration disks and they would not boot up. I tried working with Tiget Direct who passed me off to Gateway, like they had no responsibility to support their sale to me.
Gateway was a total loss as far as support goes. I was told I could order a set of disks for 20.00. I did that and will have to wait about 10 days to get my system upo and running again, if it will run again.
As a buyer of a computer, I am entitled to software disks that will work.
I will not buy from either one of these companies again.
