(More customer reviews)I have no complaint what so ever about the product quality. However I learned after little bit of reasearch later that I could have bought better product from the same company (HP) for that price. I have 17.3 screen, 250GB HDD with 3GB RAM and I could have bought next version of HP same screen size but 500 GB HDD and 4GB RAM. Process would have been better or similar to this one. So I would recommend doing thorough online research coz prices changes so frequently. In my case it changed almost daily because I bought it 2 weeks before christmas 2010. :)
