(More customer reviews)This computer has been a nightmare.I got Norton security when I first turned it on, loaded microsoft office and web cam. Two days later turned it on and both programs were gone, DVD player would not work, could not get on internet. Have been online with Norton and they can not seem to fix it.I think it is defective and plan to cancel charges to my credit card. I want to return the computer as soon as possible but do not know where to send it. I order it on Toshiba website but it went through Amazon for me to buy.
