(More customer reviews)Horrible customer service. my buddy bought this laptop at bestbuy for $1000. thing broke 3 times during first year. now its broke again 4th time same part mother board and they won't do anything. 2 months out of year warrenty. gateway sucks. buy a sony or toshiba instead!!!!!buy the way im a certified network techinicain (college degree, mcsa 2003, a+, ccna, cna 5.1, dsce certifications) i know what im talking about.
