The PH520 uses the popular AMD Nile setup and does very well (for a netbook class rig) as far as performance. Videos play well, 720p/1080p is not a problem, but 720p is more suitable for this setup due to native resolution of 1366x768. Many manufacturers snapped up this chip set and used it in their new lines (e.g Asus, Acer, Hp, etc.) and all perform very well, better than most atom chip sets until you get to the dual-core (e.g. Su7300) and even then they held up pretty well in comparison.
The ATI 4225 is far better than the Intel integrated graphics in most netbooks. It definitely does well for a netbook.
Not crazy about the keyboard as the keys are small, but other than that they're fine. Screen looks nice, better than most, I'd say. Long set-up routine. Pretty basic rig, but nicely done and seems fine for it's purpose. I could not live with the lower rez 10" netbooks, but I like this size fine.
Not a stand-out in any way (well, better than average display, maybe), but a nice looking, solid netbook. Seems solid and well built. I got mine on-sale at a very good price and very happy with it.
