(More customer reviews)got it refurbished, the seller had not been accurate in many issues with delayed responses. i got it as a second laptop. the screen resolution is poor, keyboard is ok, good sound. it came with windows xp, poor battery life.
the only issue is that it is cheap and has a nice size with cd.
