Has known touch interface problem on the media bar - when the laptop heats up the bar goes crazy and thinks you are pressing buttons, so the wifi will shut on and off over and over again and the treble/bass volume will also go crazy and move up and down (which displays an annoying graphic on the screen) along with disconnecting you from the internet over and over again. I sent this to HP (who should be aware of the problem) while it was on warranty and all they did was reinstall windows and wipe my hard drive. Nothing was fixed at all.
I love the screen size and the specs but HP is terrible. Avoid at all costs. Oh and their new touchpads (on all subsequent models) are virtually unusable.
